Fisker Automotive has had its share of setbacks lately, but the company is continuing with plans to reveal a new model, called the Nina, at the 2012 New York auto show. On Thursday, the firm released a doodle that might be a teaser for the Nina. From what we can see, it might also be a drawing of a spaceship, a seabird's head or a high-tech pair of scissors from Fiskars.
General Motors said Thursday that it is partnering with its battery cell supplier, LG Group, to develop electric vehicles. The agreement, signed Wednesday by GM CEO Dan Akerson and LG President Juno Cho, will “help GM expand the number and types of electric vehicles it makes and sells,” the automaker said in a statement. It's the second example this week of automakers looking for partners to help in developing more fuel-efficient cars, as U.S.
Our friends over at Jalopnik are currently at Jaguar F-Type media event over in Seattle, where they had a chance to catch up with its design Wayne Burgess (check out our full interview with him here), who revealed some interesting sources of inspiration for some of its detailing.
